DJI Mavic 3 Pro with Three Built-In Cameras to Launch on April 25, 2023

There are rumors that DJI will launch the DJI Mavic 3 Pro drone soon, and it is said to have three built-in cameras. Twitter user @DealsDrone has shared images that suggest the drone might launch on April 25, 2023. The three lenses of the camera system are expected to include a wide-angle lens with a 4/3-inch CMOS sensor and a 24mm lens, a 162mm telephoto lens with a 1/2-inch CMOS sensor, and a mid-telephoto lens with a 70mm focal length that can shoot 4K/60p video.

The latest leaked images of the DJI Mavic 3 Pro, which include photos of the drone’s retail packaging, don’t reveal much that we don’t already know about the upcoming drone. Similar to the DJI Mavic 3 Classic, it appears that the DJI Mavic 3 Pro will come in a bundle that includes only the drone without a controller, as well as another option that includes the DJI RC pad.

Additionally, there may be a more high-end version of the DJI Mavic 3 Pro called the Cine option. This version is likely to come with 1TB of internal storage, making it an excellent option for aerial photographers and videographers who need more storage space to store their high-quality footage. However, there is still a lot that we don’t know about the DJI Mavic 3 Pro, and we can expect more information to be revealed soon as the launch date draws near.

The DJI Mavic 3 Pro will likely be a more expensive version of the DJI Mavic 3, which was priced at $2,199 / £1,879 / AU$3,099 when it was launched. With its three built-in cameras, the Mavic 3 Pro is expected to offer maximum photographic flexibility from a relatively compact drone, which makes it an exciting release for aerial photographers and videographers. The Mavic 3 Classic comes with a single, high-quality lens for wide-angle shooting, while the standard Mavic 3 and Mavic 3 Cine have the option of a telephoto lens for B-roll footage or alternative angles.

Although the DJI Mavic 3 series initially faced some challenges with its features, such as ActiveTrack 5.0, which had to be added later with big firmware updates in December 2021 and January 2022, the Mavic 3 and Mavic 3 Classic are now among the best drones on the market. The Mavic 3 Pro is expected to complete the series nicely by providing an option for every kind of aerial photographer or videographer. We can expect to hear more information about the Mavic 3 Pro and its features soon.
